Welcome to the [yellow tail] wine subscription service! We’re delighted to deliver our wines to your door with convenience, flexibility, and complete control. Please review the details of our subscription policy below.
1. Auto-Renewal
With the ability to cancel at anytime, your subscription is designed to be hassle-free. Once you sign up, your plan will automatically renew at the frequency you selected (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, etc). This ensures you never miss a delivery of your favourite wines. You will be billed automatically at the start of each renewal cycle (based on the date you signed up) using your preferred payment method.
2. Skip a Delivery
Need a break? No problem. You can skip any upcoming delivery by logging into your account and selecting the “Skip” option before the cut-off date for that cycle. Skipping a delivery will not affect your subscription status or future shipments. Our customer support team can also help you skip orders.
3. Cancel Anytime
We believe in flexibility. You can cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. Simply log into your account and follow the cancellation steps before your next billing date to avoid being charged. If a charge has already been processed, your cancellation will take effect from the next cycle. Our customer support team can also help you cancel your subscription.
4. Notifications
We’ll send you a reminder email before each renewal, including the details of your upcoming delivery and billing. This gives you time to make any changes - whether it’s skipping, updating your preferences, or cancelling.
