You will earn 1 Pouch Point per $1 spent on the Australian [yellow tail] website.

Note that [yellow tail] Roowards is not affiliated with another retailer who sells [yellow tail] wine. Pouch Points may only be earned when you shop on the Australian [yellow tail] website.  

Simply log in to your account on the [yellow tail] website. You can access your account by clicking on the Account button located in the top right hand side of the website (if you are accessing via a desktop computer) or via the menu icon if you are accessing via a mobile.

Once you are logged in you will be able to access your Pouch Points balance by clicking the View Rewards button in your account. This will take you a page with your account balance and options to redeem your Pouch Points.

Pouch Points can be used to redeem for Roowards. You must have a minimum of 250 Pouch Points to be eligible to redeem your Rooward.

You can select your Rooward from the dedicated page on the Australian [yellow tail] website which can be accessed when you are logged into your [yellow tail] customer account. Rooward codes will be emailed directly to the email address on the eligible account after redemption has been confirmed. Or alternatively you can record the coupon code which will be shown on screen at the time of redemption as well.

To use your code simply add it to the "Discount Code or Gift Card" field in the checkout.

No, the use of Pouch Points is always in your control. You choose when you’d like to redeem the points for your Rooward.

You simply need to log into your [yellow tail] Account online and navigate to your account balance page via the View Rewards button in your account.

Yes, Pouch Points will expire twelve (12) months after the date they were earned.

Don’t worry – we will send you an email ahead of time to give you a chance to redeem your points, well ahead of the expiry date.

No, due to privacy reasons you need to log into your [yellow tail] online account and redeem your Pouch Points yourself.

All Pouch Points earned for that cancelled order (including shipping) will be deducted from your [yellow tail] Roowards account.

No. The [yellow tail] Roowards Club started on 29 August 2025.

As the awarding of Pouch Points is automatic any orders placed prior to this date are not eligible.

No, Pouch Points may not be transferred to a friend or family member.
